Description   6 Gallons of Barolo (red wine) fresh grape juice from Italy. Yeast required, packed by Mosto Imperatore. Barolo is a red grape grown on the hillsides of the Piedmont area of Italy, producing a distinctive full bodied wine due to its high tannins and acidity. It requires oak or barrel aging to be at its best. Characteristics are uniquely found on the nose - plum, licorice, strawberry, white truffle, rose and herbs.
