36 lb Lug of Cabernet Sauvignon (red wine) grapes from Lanza / Suisun area of Northern California. Of French heritage, this variety came to the USA in the 1990's. Wines have great fruit characteristics, deep color and good alcohol (starting sugar) to acid ratios.
