If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of purchase require prior approval. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. The items must be unopened in the same condition as the arrive to us from the factory. Important- all returns items are accepted within 30 days and the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee is responsible by the customer.

Perishable items
Please note that The HomeBrew Barn can not accept returns for any perishable items or food products. If you received a perishable item that was damaged or defective, please see our damaged good policy.

Special Orders
The HomeBrew Barn does not accept returns on custom special orders.

Damaged Items
If an order shall be damaged during the shipping process, please notify us immediately. To aid us in resolving the situation we ask that you email photographs of the damages as well as a clear description depicting the damage to us. If the damages are promptly and precisely reported, we will do our best to replace the damaged goods. You can be assured that we will do everything we can to correct all problems with minimal inconvenience to you. The HomeBrew Barn will take responsibility for the cost of ground shipping.
