Description   6 Gallons of Dolchetto (red wine) fresh grape juice from Italy. Yeast required, packed by Mosto Imperatore. Dolchetto is a black grape grown in the Piedmont area of Italy. It produces a fruity, tannic wine with low to moderate acidity, making it a quick drinking wine to be consumed in 1-2 years. Characteristics are black cherry, licorice and prune, finishing with a signature almond bitterness.
