German Northern Brewer Hop Pellets, 1 oz. Northern Brewer has a very mild, clean English flavor that suits all
types of beer. It imparts no harshness of palate, but the quality of the
bitterness can be a little harder than Challenger. The high level of
oil makes this a very distinctive dry hop for full-bodied ales.
