Tannisol Wine Additive. For the prevention and treatment of all wine diseases. Tannisol is a complex product with an antiseptic and antioxidant action, that is ideal for preventing common microbial diseases such as 'tourne' and 'oily' and chemico-physical alterations of wine. It protects and cures wine from oxidative alterations ('casse') , and keeps clarified and filtered wines unaltered and brilliant. It is effective in preserving wines contained in partially empty casks, after racking, during transportation and in hot periods. Use on musts before starting alcoholic fermentation provides an antiseptic action that is favorable for the selection of microbial flora suitable for complete and quality fermentation. Recommended usage: before fermentation & in finished red wines - one tablet treats 26 gallons; in unfiltered whites, reds and as a repressive-curative measure - two tablets treats 26 gallons; in sweet wines - three tablets treats 26 gallons. 10 tablets per tube.
