Corn Sugar, 5 lb bag. Pure Dextrose converted from corn starch. 100% fermentable. 55Brix @ 30 Deg. C Also called Priming Sugar and used for bottling beer. Priming is adding sugar just before bottling or kegging. The yeast consume the sugar in the bottle thereby creating carbonation. Corn Sugar is also the common name for dextrose.
