This turned out being a light amber with a very smooth taste which consisted of slight bitterness without overpowering. It left a light aromatic aroma on the palate. I found it is best when not over chilled and serving it between 50-60 degrees was best.  While it is good year-round, I enjoyed it the most in the summer or a warm spring of fall day.
