California Lanza/Suisun Select Northern Region Suisun Valley lies within the ultra-premium growing area known as the California North Coast … which includes Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino counties. Approximately 3000 acres of the Suisun Valley are dedicated to grapes.

Certified once again by ‘California Sustainability’ program, this region will produce the finest offerings. This year’s standout is the Petite Verdot.

Barbera is a red Italian wine grape variety that, as of 2000, was the third most-planted red grape variety in Italy.

Riesling from California tends to be softer, fuller, and having more diverse flavours than a "typical" German Riesling. Riesling from this area ranges from dry to sweet, and has a crisp lightness that bodes well for easy drinking. Often there will be an easily detectable peach and mineral complex.
