Located in the northeast area of the Russian River Valley AVA, the Chalk Hill sub-appelation, is one of Sonoma County’s most esteemed winegrape growing areas. The 1400 acre area has only 4 wineries, and is defined by a warmer temperature and volcanic soil. The chalky white ash seen throughout is how the name was derived.

The Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley is a one-time offering and not to be missed. The Sonoma Attwood Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon and Chaulk Hill Cabernet Sauvignon will make the finest of all wines.
